Our highly acclaimed Valley View restaurant supports the ‘local’ ethic and whenever possible will purchase meats, vegetables, dairy products, cakes and mineral waters from local suppliers and producers.

When it comes to plants our policy is to source from West Country growers and that includes those based in the county. Buying local means we can get the plants to you quicker and fresher thus avoiding the damage caused by transportation.
